Two Walled Lake Western teachers receive prestigious Dove Award
Walled Lake Western’s Mitch Beaudoin and Kevin Crane were presented with the prestigious Dove Award by the Arc of Oakland County in their 53rd annual awards ceremony on Friday, March 15.
Beaudoin and Crane were honored for their work promoting inclusion in sports as the coaches of the Warriors’ Unified Basketball team.
The Dove Awards recognize the efforts of individuals within the community and, through their dedication and commitment, have enhanced the lives of persons with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
